On the evening of July 17, the first original folk dance drama "Mengxiang Gengkan Dai Boxer" in Gengma Dai and Wa Autonomous County of Lincang City, Yunnan Province premiered in Kunming.
The play takes the inheritance, protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage of the Dai nationality female chuangquan as its theme, and uses ethnic dance, music and stories to bring the audience a feast of ethnic art with Gengma characteristics.
