The 165th Akutagawa Prize and Naoki Prize selection meeting was held in Tokyo, and Mai Ishizawa's "At the place following the shell" and Li Kotomi's "Island where flowers bloom on the shore" were selected for the Akutagawa Prize.
The Naoki Prize is still being selected.
