On July 12, strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and short-term heavy rainfall occurred in Qiqihar City and its surrounding areas in Heilongjiang, causing serious waterlogging in many places in Longjiang County.
In many places, people have been trapped due to water flooding in houses and rising water levels, and the situation is critical.
After receiving the police, the Longjiang County Fire Rescue Brigade of Qiqihar City Fire Rescue Detachment immediately activated the water rescue plan, dispatched 6 vehicles and 1 boat, 22 commanders and fighters, successfully rescued 3 trapped people, and evacuated 11 people.
