More than four years after her death, the Hungarian-born Hollywood legend Zsa Zsa Gabor was buried in Budapest on Tuesday.

Her last husband, Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt, brought the urn with her ashes from the USA.

Gabor received a grave of honor in the Budapest Kerepescher Friedhof.

It is located in a row of parcels where important Hungarian artists rest.

Several dozen people attended the funeral, including personalities from Hungarian theater and film life, reported a photo reporter from the dpa news agency.

In his address, Frédéric von Anhalt emphasized that this was not a funeral, but a celebration that the deceased would have loved.

At the end of the ceremony he put the urn in the grave, along with the wreaths and wreaths of yellow and pink roses, the diva's favorite flowers.

The Budapest-born actress, famous for her glamorous lifestyle, died in Los Angeles in December 2016 at the age of 99.
