Fukuoka Prefecture announced on the 12th that it was confirmed that 44 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
The number of people increased by 28 from the previous Monday, and exceeded the same day of the previous week for 5 consecutive days.
The breakdown is 18 in Fukuoka City and 9 in Kitakyushu City.
A total of 35,974 people have been confirmed to be infected in Fukuoka Prefecture.
