The judiciary obliges Ahmed Ezz to pay 800,000 pounds for the expenses of “Zina’s twins”

Lawyer Moataz Al-Dakr, the artist's defense, said that the verdict against the artist Ahmed Ezz obligating him to pay 41 thousand and 700 pounds in school expenses for "Zina's twins", and 23 thousand in the costs of the school "bus" for them, is final and there is no escape from payment.

Al-Dakr explained to “Al-Watan” newspaper: “This is the second year of the lawsuit, so the total expenses that the artist Ahmed Ezz is supposed to pay for his two children’s school expenses, is 800,000 pounds;

Because he has not made any previous payments.

Today, Sunday, the Family Court ruled to reject the artist Ahmed Ezz’s appeal and upheld the ruling of the first degree obligating him to pay 41 thousand and 700 pounds, the value of school expenses for “Zina’s twins” for the academic years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, in the lawsuit filed by Moataz Al-Dakr. Zina's lawyer.


The artist Zina filed a lawsuit demanding educational expenses from the artist Ahmed Ezz, before the Family Court in Nasr City, in favor of "Zina's twins." During the examination of the case papers, Zina's lawyer submitted a memorandum containing the latter's wages in a number of series, films and advertising campaigns that he implements.

After the case papers were circulated for several sessions, the court issued its previous decision, and after the ruling was issued, Ahmed Ezz filed an appeal and rejected, and ordered him to be obligated to the first degree ruling, and to support the payment of expenses.
