  It is predicted that the main stream of the Qujiang River will experience flooding beyond the warning level.

Comprehensively considering the previous rainfall and current rain, flood and changing trends, in accordance with the "Sichuan Province Flood Control and Drought Relief Emergency Plan", the Sichuan Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters researched and decided to initiate a Level IV flood control emergency response at 17:00 on July 10th.

  On the same day, the Sichuan Provincial Water Resources Department also issued a flash flood disaster risk warning.

From 20:00 on July 10 to 20:00 on 11th, counties (cities, districts) such as Tongjiang and Wanyuan in Sichuan are more likely to have mountain torrent disasters (yellow); Pingchang, Dazhu, Quxian, Huaying, Linshui, Qianfeng Mountain torrent disasters (blue) may occur in other counties (cities, districts).
