[Explanation] On July 10, the Hong Kong Police College held a graduation ceremony and parade ceremony.

In the morning, the parade team entered the arena amidst the sound of music such as "The Battle Hymn of the Strong Army" and "Aspirational Ambition" performed by the Hong Kong Police Band.

  [Explanation] When the music of "Singing for the Motherland" sounded, the flag guard team entered the arena with Chinese marching.

It is reported that this is also the first time that Chinese marching is used to guard the flag at the graduation ceremony of the Hong Kong Police College.

In the majestic "March of the Volunteers", the national flag of the People's Republic of China, the regional flag of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the police flag of the Hong Kong Police Force are rising.

  [Explanation] Zheng Ruohua, the Secretary of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, inspected the parade team as an inspector that day.

Parade teams marched in line amidst the sound of music such as "Glorious Moment" and "Please Review", passing through the reviewing stand in turn.

  [Explanation] Zheng Ruohua said in his speech that after the rapid changes in society in recent years, Hong Kong citizens have continuously increased their expectations for public services, and police work is facing unprecedented challenges and tests.

Being able to join the police force at this time is enough to show that the graduates are determined, capable, committed, and willing to serve the people.

  The flag-raising part of the graduation parade was conducted with Chinese marching for the first time. I saw that each of you was very energetic and showed a high level of team spirit, reflecting that everyone is ready to formally join the police force to serve Hong Kong, me and your family. I am so proud of you all.

  [Explanation] Zheng Ruohua’s message that graduates must lead by example, always abide by the commitments in the inauguration oath, defend the rule of law in Hong Kong, protect the freedom and rights enjoyed by citizens in accordance with the law, and make every effort to implement the legal system and enforcement mechanism for safeguarding national security to safeguard national sovereignty and security And development interests.

Xiao Zeyi, Commissioner of Police of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, attended the ceremony.

It is reported that a total of 33 trainee supervisors and 116 police officers graduated this term.

On the day of the graduation ceremony, many relatives and friends of the trainees entered the ceremony with flowers in their hands.
