On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Hong Kong Forces Exhibition Center was completed and opened.
On July 8, the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Garrison Exhibition Center was held at Stonecutters Island Barracks. The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Carrie Lam, the head of the Central Agency in Hong Kong, the leaders of the Southern Theater and the Hong Kong Garrison, and the officers and soldiers of the Hong Kong Garrison Participated and visited the exhibition with representatives of Hong Kong patriots and Hong Kong people.
Before the opening ceremony, organize a flag-raising ceremony in the square of the exhibition center.
The Hong Kong Garrison Exhibition Center is located at Stonecutters Island Barracks. The theme of the exhibition is "Dream from the East". There are 3 themed exhibition halls and equipment model exhibition areas: Chinese Dream, Dream of Strong Army, and Hong Kong Guardian.
The exhibition focuses on telling the stories of the Communist Party of China, China, and the People’s Army. It uses various methods such as graphic display boards, cultural relics, scene sculptures, and videos to fully demonstrate the splendid civilization of the Chinese nation and the glory of rejuvenation under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party Achievements fully demonstrate the glorious course of the People’s Army from victory to victory under the leadership of the party, and fully demonstrate the vivid practice of the troops stationed in Hong Kong in implementing the "one country, two systems" policy and maintaining Hong Kong’s long-term prosperity and stability.
The exhibition center will gradually open to the garrison officers and soldiers and Hong Kong society, giving full play to the functions of patriotism and national defense education.
