  The report pointed out that in June, the search for new houses fluctuated slightly, but overall it remained stable. The search for houses nationwide fell by 3.7% from the previous month, the search for houses in first-tier cities fell by 8.3% from the previous month, and the search for houses in second-tier cities fell by 2.9% from the previous month. The housing search fever in tier cities fell by 3.3%.

The three-bedroom apartment is still the most preferred type of home buyers, with 52.6% of the housing search enthusiasm.

  In terms of new house prices, the average online price of new houses in 65 cities monitored by the agency fell slightly by 0.05% month-on-month in June, of which 33 cities saw new house prices rose month-on-month.

In terms of homebuyers' behavior data, the homebuyers confidence index in June was 106.6, a drop of 4.35% from the previous month.

  However, in the second-hand housing market, the average listed price of second-hand housing in 65 major cities rose by 0.77% month-on-month in June, and the list price of second-hand housing in 50 of the 65 cities rose month-on-month.

The average listing price of second-hand houses in Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai remained stable at more than 50,000 yuan/㎡.

Statistics from 58 Anju Guest House Property Research Institute show that in June, the number of new listings nationwide fell by 10.2% month-on-month.

The first-tier four cities all experienced different degrees of month-on-month declines.
