The dialogue between the unions and the management of the Group managing the Paris airports of Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly is deadlocked.

“At this stage, nothing more” was obtained from the management Frédéric Lecocq, union delegate of the CGT of the Aéroports de Paris, after a negotiation meeting.

Result, "the notices (of strike) of Friday and Saturday next are maintained", assures it in the same voice with Véronique Pigueron, president of the CFE-CGC of ADP.

"For the moment, the strike notices have not been lifted", because "there is no progress", apart from "a few trifles, a small minimal adjustment", and "the management refuses to withdraw the PACT ( plan for adapting employment contracts, ”said Laurent Garssine, secretary general of Unsa at ADP.

The CGT and CFE-CGC strike notices cover Friday and Saturday, while Unsa's only covers Friday, but this union "also calls for a strike on Saturday" in the context of other notices, noted Laurent Garssine.

Employees consulted by Friday

These three representative unions demand the withdrawal of this PACT, which provides for a reduction or elimination of premiums. In case of refusal, employees risk dismissal as part of a job protection plan (PSE). Employees have already been called on to strike in June and last week - including the first weekend of July of the great departures on vacation - to refuse these pay cuts.

"We will inform the employees tomorrow (Tuesday) and collect their opinion," said Véronique Pigueron, stressing that some have already informed her that they were for the strike. "We will consult the employees by Friday" on "the discussions with the management this (Monday) morning" and "maybe the management will contact us again," said Frédéric Lecocq. Last week, the mobilization of ADP employees disrupted air traffic Thursday and Friday at both airports, with flight delays but no cancellations.

For the management, the PACT will make it possible to achieve the necessary savings, while the Covid-19 pandemic has weighed down ADP's activity.

Faced with this crisis, management signed in December, with the unions, a collective contractual termination agreement (RCC) providing for 1,150 departures of employees in 2021, including 700 not replaced.
