Since Monday, it is now possible to receive two doses of the anti-Covid vaccine in two different places.
An announcement made by the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, while the first departures on vacation take place and the share of the Delta variant is increasing in France.
The French will thus be able to receive a first dose in their region of domicile and the second at their place of vacation, for example.
Objective: not to slow down the vaccination campaign during the summer season.
Europe 1 went to the vaccination center in Quiberon, in Morbihan.
A simplified organization
The pricking arm remains the same, but at a completely different vaccination center.
For Loïc, 21 days and 500 kilometers separate his first injection from the second.
"First dose in the Paris region. I had planned the second dose in the same center but as they shortened the time between two injections, it fell there during my vacation", he confides.

Hubert received his first injection in Paris, while he lives in Lyon and spends his holidays in Brittany.
The announcement of the Minister of Health simplified its organization.
"I jumped at the chance, it saves me from going back and forth in all directions, knowing that I had planned my vacation for some time," he explains.
A center ready to face
For the time being, the number of holidaymakers who have come to be vaccinated is quite low, but it could well climb in the middle of summer.
But for all that, Pascale Salinas, coordinator of the peninsula's vaccination center, is not worried.
"We are ready to adapt according to the affluence. We have large premises so if we need to add a vaccine station," she says.
"We are ready to welcome all those who will come to be vaccinated in Quiberon."
To meet expectations, the center relies on its hundred or so volunteers and its 80 caregivers.

Since the start of the vaccination campaign, 34.7 million people have received at least one injection (i.e. 51.5% of the total population) and 24.8 million people now have a complete vaccination schedule (i.e. 36.9% of the total population). % of the population), according to the General Directorate of Health.
