The relevant matters are announced as follows:

  1. Starting from 8:00 on July 5, 2021, all personnel will not enter or leave Ruili unless necessary.

  2. People who work and live in Ruili enter Ruili with valid certificates (ID card, household registration book, real estate certificate, business license or certificate from the administrative competent unit) in Ruili.

Personnel carrying out epidemic prevention and control enter Ruili with the certificate of their own unit or the administrative unit.

  3. Those who need to leave Ruili for special reasons must be approved by the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Headquarters, and leave with a "Notice of Leaving Ruili Release", a 3-day nucleic acid negative certificate, and scan the code to leave.

For those who are approved to leave Switzerland after review, the person in charge and person in charge of the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Headquarters Office will sign and seal the "Notice of Leaving Switzerland", and be released after the checkpoint is correct.

  4. Vehicles for guaranteeing supply and anti-epidemic emergency supplies will be transported to various supply points (warehouses) in Ruili urban area by means of changing vehicles from Ruili East and Ruili West highway intersections.

  5. Jiegao Bridge implements a no-pass policy. In principle, no entry or exit is allowed. If you need to enter or leave the Jiegaoguomen community under special circumstances, you can enter and exit with the pass issued by the city headquarters.
