In the past few days, the water level of the Heihe River in Heilongjiang continued to exceed the warning water level due to the influence of the upstream water and the rainfall in the interval.
On June 27, multiple piping occurred in the dam in the impoundment area on the south side of the Heihe Heilongjiang Bridge. After being notified by the Flood Control Headquarters, the Heihe Detachment of the Armed Police quickly dispatched officers and soldiers to the mission area to carry out disposal operations.
After six hours of unremitting efforts, 7 pipings were blocked, and a total of 70 cubic meters of sand and 4,300 sandbags were transported.
At present, the dangerous situation in this area has been effectively controlled.
