At an amusement park in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, twin babies of "Capybara" were born, and their lovely appearance is gaining popularity.

At the amusement park "Beppu Rakutenchi" in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, two capybara males and females were bred, and on the 15th of this month, the female "Papico" gave birth to twin babies.

All babies are about 30 cm long and weigh about 1 kg.

Babies are becoming more and more popular for their lovely appearance of breastfeeding, eating apples and sweet potatoes, growing quickly and toddling outdoors.

On the 21st, the twin babies were bathing in the pool and moving around energetically while the sun was shining.

A mother who came from Fukuoka City with her two- and four-year-old children said, "It's soothing to see a baby at your own pace."

Miwako Kurita, who is in charge of breeding at the amusement park, said, "Twins are rarely born. Please come and see them."
