In order to accelerate the vaccination of the new coronavirus, the Keizai Doyukai started mass vaccination on the 21st, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies where it is difficult to secure venues and vaccination providers.

This mass inoculation is carried out by Keizai Doyukai in cooperation with a company that rents conference rooms, and is targeted at nearly 43,000 employees and their families, including small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies that have hoped for it.

On the 21st of the first day, more than 700 people visited the rental conference room in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, and after being interviewed by a doctor, they entered the booth where nurses were waiting and were vaccinated one after another.

Occupational vaccination of vaccines has started in earnest mainly by major companies, but small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies have an issue of securing venues and inoculation personnel.

For this reason, the company that responded to the call from the Keizai Doyukai was responsible for securing the venue and medical staff, and the company that wished to receive the vaccination was able to bear part of the cost.

A woman in her thirties who works for a venture company that handles food delivery, said, "I thought that vaccination would be slower, so I was relieved to receive the vaccination earlier."

Keizai Doyukai wants to increase the number of inoculation venues in Tokyo and support inoculation at smaller companies such as startups.
