The Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel in Dubai has invited lovers of mangoes and their various flavors to enjoy the celebrations of the Mango Festival organized by the hotel until the first of next July.

One of the hotel's family restaurants, during the period from June 17 to the first of next month, is preparing a variety of dishes rich in mango flavor and prepared in unique and varied methods.

"Under the supervision of the hotel's chief chef, Chef Pravish, the restaurant takes its guests on a flavor-rich journey through a three-course menu that reflects the diversity of the mango fruit," the hotel announced in a statement.

Throughout the festival days, the festival presents a menu of five different types of mangoes, including the famous Alfonso mango from Maharashtra;

Manju Kesar from Gujarat;

and Badami and Rajaburi mangoes from Karnataka, and Tottaburi mangoes from southern India.

Each variety of this fruit brings to the dishes a wide range of different flavors that enrich the visitor's experience, as the main dishes include the "prawn with Alfonso mango flavor and curry".
