Beijing Cruise Taxi will add audio and video surveillance

News from our newspaper (Reporter Wang Wei) Recently, the "Technical Requirements for Parade Taxi Safety Protection" series of standards organized and revised by the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau began to solicit opinions on the official website of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision.

The series of standards involve three parts: security monitoring system, technical requirements for vehicle positioning terminals, and technical requirements for vehicle anti-robbery and anti-theft alarm terminals.

A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily noticed that in the newly revised series of standards, both the security technology and the technical requirements for on-board anti-robbery and anti-theft alarm terminals clearly appear to require audio and video surveillance in cruise taxis.

In the newly revised "Technical Requirements for Cruising Taxi Safety Precaution Part 1: Security Monitoring System" standard, a reporter from Beijing Youth Daily found in the overall requirements of the operating service platform that the term "audio and video surveillance" appeared for the first time.

It is required that the operation service platform can monitor, track, locate, and monitor audio and video on vehicles connected to the network in the system.

Specifically at the operational level, the standard requires that the operating service platform should be able to activate the one-way call function of the vehicle terminal through instructions, and transmit the voice in the vehicle to the operating service platform in real time and record it. The voice on the side of the operating service platform cannot be heard in the vehicle; It shall be possible to access the designated surveillance equipment through instructions to perform real-time on-demand video surveillance content.

The platform should be able to broadcast audio and video on at least 3 cameras in any vehicle.

In the "Technical Requirements for Safety and Precautions of Cruising Taxi Part 2: Technical Requirements for Vehicle-mounted Positioning Terminals", the functions of vehicle-mounted positioning terminals are specified specifically, and it is clear that it is composed of three parts: positioning terminal host, camera, and auxiliary parts.

The positioning terminal should be connected to at least 3 video cameras with a fixed shooting angle, including driving records in front of the car, video in the car, and video when the trunk is opened. The video in the car must include audio.

In addition, the series of standards also stipulate the vehicle positioning, vehicle tracking, and alarm volume involved in the cruise taxi operating service platform.

For example, the operation service platform should be able to send instructions to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the vehicle-mounted terminal can return the vehicle's positioning data (latitude and longitude of the current location, driving speed, movement direction, return time, etc.) and then display it on the electronic map; the platform should be able to provide real-time information The driving trajectory of the target vehicle, and visually display the driving route of the vehicle on the electronic map; the number of vehicle alarm information received by the platform should be no less than 10 per second. When the vehicle is alarmed, the vehicle-mounted positioning terminal starts to send the alarm information to The time for the operation service platform to receive the alarm information should be less than 20 seconds. At the same time, the time for sending the alarm information to the relevant 110, 122, 119 and other police handling departments. The time should be no more than 5 seconds when the dedicated line is connected. It should be no more than 20 seconds.
