The reporter learned from the on-site headquarters that 12 people were trapped in the accident.

As of press time, 10 trapped people have been successfully searched and rescued and rushed to the hospital for rescue. 3 of them died after the rescue failed.

　　At about 12:40 on June 19, a self-built house collapsed in Luyang Town, Rucheng County.

The on-site headquarters revealed that, through multiple verifications, there were 27 residents in the house involved, 15 people went out at the time of the incident, and 12 people were trapped.

　　After the accident, the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government demanded to go all out and organize immediate rescue at all costs, and do everything possible to reduce casualties.

The province, city, and county levels immediately launched emergency plans to mobilize emergency response, fire rescue, public security, housing construction, health, natural resources and other departments to establish an on-site rescue headquarters, more than 400 rescuers, 79 rescue vehicles and 2 Rescue forces and equipment such as search and rescue dogs rushed to the scene in time and tried their best to rescue.

　　In addition, according to the CCTV news client report, after receiving the report, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China immediately sent a working group to the scene to cooperate, guide and help the local area to organize scientific rescue efforts, try its best to reduce casualties, and at the same time identify the accident as soon as possible.
