After the accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, the operation period of domestic nuclear power plants is limited to 40 years in principle by law, but if it passes the national examination, the operation can be extended up to 60 years, and Mihama Nuclear Power Plant Unit 3 is this.
