Between adventures, suspense and family relationships, TF1 offers Thursday evening a new addicting TV movie.
In the main role of this program entitled "Le saut du diable", we find the actor Philippe Bas.
He tells the behind the scenes of the shooting in the Culture-Médias program on Europe 1.

The Devil's Leap
is the new TV movie broadcast Thursday evening at 9 p.m. on TF1 with actor Philippe Bas in the lead role.
The plot: a former soldier spends a weekend hiking in the mountains with his 17-year-old daughter, but the stay is not going to be perfect ... The teenager witnesses a murder, and films it on her cell phone.
She and her father will be pursued by the killer and will do everything to escape him.

The TV movie gives rise to action scenes in the mountains, in canyons, sometimes with weapons.
"I was able to prepare myself with all the abseiling, the progressions with a weapon to try to be as credible as possible" with an intervention group, says Philippe Bas at the microphone of Europe 1. "It was really very interesting because we can see in these environments it is not only physical, it is really the head and the legs! ", he continues.
"I didn't let anyone else have fun for me!"
Impressive scenes, both physical and dangerous, that Philippe Bas shot without a lineup.
"I didn't let anyone else have fun in my place!", Laughs the actor.
In the middle of the mountains, the guides "made all the installations during the shoot", recounts Philippe Bas.
Result: some scenes could be shot "on the mountainside".
The actor was also inspired by the adventurer Mike Horn to prepare his role in this film.

Philippe Bas also started this TV movie with a specific idea in mind: not to make just an action film. For him, it is first of all a rather "daring" "adventure film". It is also a film about the relationship between a father and his daughter. "I really wanted this idea of the father and his daughter to talk about something, about life, that we had to stop… You have to be as much as possible in the present and not be a prisoner of your past" , he says. Before adding: "for me it was the most important!"
