In 2004, Alougbine Dine created the International Theater School of Benin (EITB) located in Togbin, on the fishing route between Cotonou and Ouidah.

This school trains young students in the arts and techniques of theater, and has enabled the emergence of a whole generation of authors, actors and directors.
