Kaoru Matsuki, a victim of the abduction by North Korea and from Kumamoto City, celebrated his 68th birthday on the 13th, and his sister, Fumiyo Saito, signed an appeal for the early rescue of all the abductees.

Kaoru Matsuki was abducted by North Korea in 1980 when he was 26 years old in Spain, where he studied abroad.

On the 13th, on the occasion of his 68th birthday, his sister, Fumiyo Saito, carried out a signing activity in the arcade area in the center of Kumamoto City to appeal for the early rescue of all the abductees.

In this, Mr. Saito complained, "I will continue to talk with the government until my younger brother returns to Japan and will do my best, so I would appreciate your cooperation."

A man in his twenties who signed the signature said, "Since the victim's family is aging, I want them to return to their families as soon as possible. I want my signature to help the solution as much as possible." I was talking.

Mr. Saito said, "For me, Kaoru is a cute younger brother who is eight years younger, so I want him to be fine. No matter how old he is, I want to continue his activities and take him to his parents' grave."
