Attorneys and others respond to consultations from people who are forced to live a difficult life due to the effects of the new coronavirus.

This telephone consultation is provided by support groups made up of lawyers and labor unions at about 40 locations nationwide.

Of these, six people in charge of the labor union were responding at the venue in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, and the phones started ringing all at once at the start of 10:00 am.

A man in his 40s, who works as a day laborer at a construction site, said, "I have less work and my income is decreasing, and I have only about 100,000 yen a month to take care of my family."

In response, the person in charge introduced the detailed system and advised, "Since there is a national loan system and a support system for each local government, I would like you to go to the local social welfare council or the window of the local government."

According to the support group, while the effects of the new coronavirus are prolonged, the number of people who are unemployed for a long time and lose their savings is increasing, and there are many cases where national loans are used up to the limit.

Zenroren's standing secretary, Satoshi Nakano, who gave a telephone consultation, said, "The prolonged impact has made people feel more squeezed in poverty, and life has become difficult in a wide range of ages. I want it. "

Telephone consultation is available until 10 pm, and the number is 0120-157-930, a toll-free number common throughout Japan.
