　　Zhao Tao, male, Tibetan, from Tai'an, Shandong, born in December 1970, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1994, joined the work force in July 1991, and holds a postgraduate degree from the Central Party School.

　　From September 1988 to July 1991, majored in planning statistics in the Department of Finance and Economics, Tibet Nationalities Institute;
