According to this, as a result of inspecting 5300 places that require countermeasure work to prevent flooding and fire spread at the penetration part of the pipe, 72 places did not complete the fire countermeasure work.



Regarding the reason, TEPCO explained that there was a defect in cooperation with the manufacturer in charge of construction and internal cooperation with TEPCO.
