Wang, a 40-year-old woman who lives in Luyin Mingyuan, Chancheng District, is a close contact of a person infected with the new crown virus in Guangzhou. Wang was determined to be asymptomatic on May 27.
On May 30, Wang developed fever and a reexamination of CT showed inflammation in his lungs. After consultation with experts, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case. On the same day, the risk level of Luyin Mingyuan was adjusted from low risk to medium risk.
According to the report from the Headquarters Office for the Prevention and Control of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia in Chancheng District, Foshan City, Block A, Building 11, Luyinmingyuan, Chancheng District, has been under closed management since May 26. It was negative, and no new cases were reported in the building for 14 consecutive days after monitoring.
According to the relevant management norms for epidemic prevention and control and the assessment of disease control experts, the building has reached the standard for lifting isolation.
It is reported that on June 4, according to a report from the Office of the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Headquarters in Chancheng District, Luyin Mingyuan Community has completed three rounds of nucleic acid tests for all employees, and the results are negative, and there are no new cases within 7 days. All buildings except the case building.
The reporter learned from the Foshan Municipal Health Bureau that since the outbreak of this round of the epidemic on May 27, as of 12:00 on June 8, the 10 confirmed cases reported in Foshan are currently being isolated and treated in designated hospitals.
At the same time, Foshan has completed nucleic acid testing for all employees in the city. A total of 10,024,500 samples were collected, all of which were negative.
Foshan is speeding up the new crown virus vaccination work. As of 14:00 on June 8th, the city had a total of 6,078,200 vaccination, with 8,030.7 million doses, and the vaccination rate for the target population aged 18-59 was 88.97%.
Shang Huiling, deputy director of the Foshan Municipal Health Bureau, said that the current situation of the prevention and control of the epidemic in Foshan is still severe and complex, but it is generally controllable.
