[Explanation] A few days ago, the MTR Corporation announced that Hong Kong's longest railway line "Tuen Ma Line" will be fully open to traffic on June 27, and the new stations Songhuangtai Station and To Kwawan Station will also be opened on the same day.

On June 9, a reporter from China News Agency visited the stations along the "Tuenma Line".

We are now cooperating with the Antiquities and Monuments Office (Antiquities and Monuments Office) to put some of the cultural relics into the showcase at the back.

When it is open to traffic, passengers can appreciate our unearthed cultural relics through the two display cabinets in front of us, and they can also have a deeper understanding of our area.

[Explanation] According to reports, an ancient well from the Song and Yuan dynasties and a continuous drinking trough were excavated above Songhuangtai Station. Therefore, the design of the top of the station's lobby also reflects ingenious ideas and arrangements.

In fact, this part of the ceiling is somewhat different from the rest of the ceiling, and it can be said that there is a mystery.

In fact, one of the ancient wells we discovered is hidden inside, which is the J2 well we are seeing now.

During the construction period, in order to reserve some flexibility to deal with the plan of rebuilding the ancient well flexibly, we specially modified the design of the roof of the station concourse. We added a well made of concrete for the purpose of cooperating in the future. In the development of the historic park design above, the entire ancient well can be rebuilt on the original site. In fact, this concrete floor can be replaced with a transparent floor in the future. In this way, it is also hoped that passengers can see the ancient well at the position of our station lobby bottom of.

[Explanation] In addition to cultural relics, the stations along the "Tuenma Line" also exhibited unique Hong Kong-style works of art.

It can be seen in the platform of Songhuangtai Station. The four pillars of the platform are dotted with ceramic reliefs created by Hong Kong artists. The works present the aesthetics of the Song Dynasty with contemporary techniques, reflecting the artistic conception of the changing of seasons and the cycle of day and night.

The Tuguawan Station, which is only one stop away from Songhuangtai Station, will also exhibit an art work named "Home", composed of old objects and stories provided by more than a hundred neighbors in the neighborhood.

[Explanation] In addition, innovative technology has also become a highlight of the "Tuenma Line".

It is reported that this line will be the first railway line in Hong Kong to provide carriage passenger display.

The train transmits the weight signal to the control computer, so that passengers can obtain real-time ride information at the platform and optimize the travel experience.

In the future, passengers will be able to know how the passengers are carrying on the train that is about to arrive.

Just like traffic lights, there are three colors that can be seen. Green means that there is more space in our carriages, and passengers can get on and off more comfortably.

Then there may be three colors like red, yellow and green, which represent the situation inside the compartment. Passengers can wait for the car outside the relevant compartment according to their needs, so that they can choose an environment that suits them.

[Explanation] The "Tuen Ma Line" is 56 kilometers long. It has 27 stations from Wu Kai Sha Station in the east of Hong Kong to Tuen Mun Station in the west. It runs through the New Territories East, Kowloon, and the Northwest New Territories. Residents in Kowloon City introduced efficient and convenient railway services.
