Typhoon No. 3 occurred on the sea east of Mindanao Island in the Philippines at 9 am on the 31st.

According to the observations of the Japan Meteorological Agency, a tropical cyclone changed to typhoon No. 3 at 9 am on the 31st, over the sea east of Mindanao Island in the Philippines.



The central pressure is 1000 hectopascals, the maximum wind speed near the center is 18 meters, the maximum instantaneous wind speed is 25 meters, and strong winds of 15 meters or more are blowing within 220 km to the south and 110 km to the north of the center.



The typhoon is moving north-northwest at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour, and is expected to move northward over the sea east of the Philippines in the future.
