Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has announced that it has entered into a partnership with the Infinity de Lumiere Art Center in The Dubai Mall, which offers a unique digital experience and seeks to create a platform through which digital artists can present their creativity to the world.

The partnership aims to support an evolving community of talent, where technology-driven artists can come together in one place to share ideas and innovation.

Hala Badri, Director-General of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, said: "The (Infinity de Lumiere) Center is a new and innovative experience in the world of technology-based arts in the Gulf region, and its launch in Dubai is an addition to the thriving creative scene in it."

She added, "It is our pleasure to support this pioneering center through our partnership, through which we seek to enhance the emirate's position as the city of the future and an incubator for talent and creative entrepreneurs."

And Hala Badri continued: “This step stems from our keenness to advance the future of art in Dubai, and to enhance the role of modern technology in the cultural works that are abundant in the emirate, which is directly reflected in improving the visitor experience, by taking advantage of the innovative capabilities offered by the center. It is consistent with our ambitious strategic roadmap, and contributes to achieving the objectives of the Dubai Creative Economy Strategy, which is to transform the emirate into a preferred destination for creatives from all over the world.”

She stressed that through this cooperation, "Dubai Culture" seeks to "support, encourage and nurture local talent, as it will be the link between the center and the artist community, providing them with future prospects for cooperation and providing creative products, highlighting and promoting their artistic productions and enhancing opportunities for the prosperity of their work."

Visitors to the Digital Art Center will be able to experience a multi-sensory journey, as it extends over an area of ​​2,700 square meters, and includes an innovative technology-based art and cultural platform using 130 projectors, 58 speakers, and 3,000 digital moving images with high-resolution technologies. For the largest digital facade in The Dubai Mall, a light show of artwork with an area of ​​200 square meters, so that visitors to the mall can enjoy a vivid concept of dynamic art.

For her part, Catherine Oriol, President of Infinity de Lumiere, said: "Dubai is a lively and vibrant center for a variety of industries and sectors, and we are happy to support (Dubai Culture), as the center is an innovative and attractive cultural platform, aimed at introducing the public to art, and experiencing it in a new way."
