On October 14, 2019, the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court convicted nine of the separatist leaders accused in the

for sedition
, and three others for disobedience.
The sentence, unanimously signed by the magistrates, was the result of months of arduous work on the part of the justice and State institutions, aware of the public relevance of the facts and the scope of some very serious crimes: sedition, embezzlement and disobedience to man
