Li Zhiying, the founder of Hong Kong Next Media, and 10 people including Li Cheuk-ren, Ho Chun-jen, and Leung Kwok-hung, were charged on October 1, 2019 for inciting citizens to march from Causeway Bay to Central after the opposition to the "Florida" application for a demonstration.
10 people respectively pleaded guilty to inciting others to participate and organizing unauthorized gatherings.
On the morning of May 28, Judge Hu Yawen of the Hong Kong District Court pronounced that 6 people including Li Zhiying and Yang Sen were sentenced to 14 months in prison, and 4 people including Li Zhuoren were sentenced to 18 months in prison.
