Appeared in the 1970s in the United States, reality TV has since imposed itself on TV screens around the world.
Big brother, Survivor, The Bachelor ... Viewers follow everyday life, survival skills, or even dating anonymous people almost in real time.

In France, the program Loft story in 2001 opened the way, raising its big winner Loana Petrucciani, a young woman from a popular background hitherto unknown, to the rank of celebrity.
Voyeurism, exhibitionism, sexism, sadism ... Critics are fired with regard to the television genre.
However, the programs continue to decline and to dominate the program schedules of the channels with their batches of candidates who know perfectly how to monetize their TV show.
In France, 11,700 hours of reality TV programs were offered on the channels for the year 2019. What is it that attracts viewers so much?
