Actor Song Hye-kyo purchased a building in Hannam-dong for 19.5 billion won.
The building that Song Hye-kyo purchased is a two-story, five-story building located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
The building was purchased last March, and the transfer of people was completed on April 30.
Real estate officials assessed that the building was well worth the investment because of its beautiful interior and exterior and location.
Song Hye-kyo has shown a steady interest in real estate re-stacking.
In 2004, it purchased a 5 billion won detached house in Samseong-dong, Seoul, and in 2008, it also purchased an additional 3 billion won luxury villa.
In addition, in 2017, the former chairman of Dong-A Pharmaceutical bought the house for 9.15 billion won, and last year, he sold a detached house in Samseong-dong.
Song Hye-kyo will return to the home theater in the second half of this year with SBS's new drama'I'm breaking up'.
