The old man claimed that it was the guy who hit him and demanded compensation of 500 yuan. He also pulled the guy's belt to prevent him from leaving: "You didn't hit him, why did you help me?!" No matter what the guy explained, the old man just refused to let go, and the guy was helpless. Had to call the police.
Subsequently, the traffic police inspected the scene and retrieved the driving recorder of the guy's car.
