The club’s pavilion witnessed, the day before yesterday, a dialogue session entitled “The Virtual Arab Library ... The Application of Al-Warraq as a Model”, as part of the group of dialogue sessions organized by the Zayed Center for Studies and Research of the Emirates Heritage Club, during its participation in the activities of the 30th session of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, which continues Until the 29th.

The Virtual Arab Library session was hosted by the researcher, Dr. Muhammad Fateh Zaghal, the cultural advisor and director of digital Arabic content development at the Al-Warraq website and application Muhammad Abdulaziz Al-Sakka.

Al-Saqqa presented a comprehensive overview of what the site contains, which includes thousands of books, and is the first Arab library on the Internet, and aims to spread the heritage of nations and civilizations on electronic media, explaining that the site provides people with what benefits them, helps them develop their culture, strengthens their connection with their identity and their Arabic language, and enables them to Establishing bridges with the other and rapprochement with the world, noting the site’s features that make it different from the many sites that provide Arabic books on the Internet.

The club's pavilion also hosted Dr. Mohamed Abul Fadl Badran, former Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Culture in Egypt and a member of the scientific committee of the Sheikh Zayed International Book Prize, in a dialogue session entitled: "The Greens in Arab and World Heritage."

Badran emphasized that Al-Khader, and this is his surname, and his nickname, Abu Al-Abbas, is one of the figures in which the religious and the mythical were mixed with the people, and this mixing led to the permanence of this character's presence in the religious, literary, critical and human folklore.
