Yamagata Prefecture announced on the 26th that it was confirmed that 15 new men and women were infected with the new coronavirus.
He also announced that one person who had been hospitalized at a medical institution in the prefecture died on the 25th.
A total of 1921 people have been confirmed infected in the prefecture, and 39 people have died.
