Therefore, there is nothing surprising in the fact that those who are accustomed to living on orders and according to the manuals issued by their superiors are sure that everyone else lives in exactly the same way.
The only difference is in the location of the "regional committees".
There are only two of them today.
One is in the White House, and the other is in the Kremlin.
Well, yes.
Such is their "mouse horizon".
And we won't do anything about it.
Actually, this explains the speed with which they immediately begin to project any event that is incomprehensible or unpleasant for them in the direction of Moscow.
The "scandal of the month" in Belarus was no exception.

The published negotiations with the controller unambiguously indicate that this decision was made by the aircraft commander voluntarily and independently.
