The 198 stores that have confirmed that they have not responded to the request so far have been individually requested in writing, but nine of them have newly confirmed that they continue to serve alcohol. is.



For this reason, the capital will be closed on the 26th based on Article 45 of the Special Measures Law, saying that there is a risk of increasing the flow of people connected to eating and drinking and inducing the business of other restaurants for these nine stores. I issued an "instruction" to respond to.



The total number of stores ordered by the capital in this declaration is now 42.



If you do not comply with the order, it is stipulated that you can impose a fine of up to 300,000 yen as an administrative punishment.



During the declaration period, the capital will go through a procedure to ask the court to impose a fine if the business situation is confirmed and a violation is found.
