For example, for people between 30 and 40 years old and have work experience, we have arranged in the Mainland to take a post in different government departments. What are the benefits of this?

Through their work, they will have a greater and more understanding of their current operations, policy formulation, and thinking of serving the people in the Mainland.

[Explanation] A few days ago, Tan Yaozong, member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and secretary-general of the Hong Kong Re-departure Alliance, said in an interview with a reporter from China News Agency that in the future, the Hong Kong Re-departure Alliance will focus on promoting Hong Kong youth to leave the mainland.

He said that Macau has had previous experience in arranging local youths to go to Shanghai government departments to take temporary posts, and the Grand Alliance is also working hard to facilitate Hong Kong youths to go to Shanghai and other mainland cities for temporary work.

Now the mainland cities are doing very well, so in many services, the services provided by the government are constantly improving.

Therefore, we also hope that (Hong Kong youth) can have more understanding, experience, and understanding of the latest developments in the country through dismissal.

I think these are definitely beneficial to Hong Kong people, especially the younger generation.

Of course, we also hope that civil servants will also have the opportunity to participate in these temporary arrangements.

Shanghai and Macau already have arrangements in this regard, so we are now also discussing with the Shanghai side whether we can also follow the Macau model, and Hong Kong can also do it.

[Explanation] As the secretary-general of the Hong Kong Restart Major League, Tan Yaozong has a special affection for the newly established organization of the Major League.

Recalling the scene of the beginning of the establishment of the major league, he still vividly remembers.

When we first established, the "black storms" had not stopped, the national security law had not yet been established, and the epidemic was serious.

When we were founded, we hoped that by uniting people from different strata in Hong Kong, we would be able to promote the future social stability of Hong Kong.

So our total number (total) has been mobilized and developed more than 1,530 people to form a Hong Kong Restart Alliance.

[Explanation] Today, this big coalition, jointly initiated by more than 1,500 people from all walks of life in Hong Kong, has been established for one year, with Tung Chee-hwa and Liang Zhenying, vice-chairmen of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference as the chief convenors, and Tan Yaozong as the secretary-general.

Tan Yaozong said that in the past year, the major alliance has carried out work in various aspects such as fighting the epidemic, promoting the economy, youth employment, and education in the rule of law.

Facing the future, Tan Yaozong said that promoting Hong Kong's integration into the overall national development is the focus of work for some time to come, and it is also a key link for Hong Kong to start again.

The economy of Hong Kong must start again and must be integrated with the Mainland.

One of the most important points for integrating with the Mainland is the (Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao) Greater Bay Area. The Greater Bay Area is "9+2", including Hong Kong, and it is geographically advantageous, so we have a division of labor, each of our deputy secretary-generals Responsible for a place, and then everyone works hard to promote it together. With nine cities, including Macau, we will discuss with everyone how to use their original foundations and advantages. Hong Kong has any place where we can work together.

What aspects can we cooperate with their development? We complement each other and support each other, so this aspect is also the focus of our future work.
