At first, she started to work out because she was getting fat, and she was exposed to light food during the fitness process, and finally improved her health in the light food life, so she decided to stick to it for a long time.

Wei Jingjie understood this concept as a scientifically balanced combination of ingredients and a light cooking method with less oil, less salt and less sugar.

She emphasized that this type of diet does not necessarily mean "vegetarian" or "boiled" to make the food tasteless.

So occasionally I also drink milk tea and eat cakes, but I eat very little.

It is undoubtedly a good phenomenon that a balanced and light foodism can be accepted by many young people.

She told reporters that after gradually getting used to a light diet, even if she occasionally has a meal with friends, she no longer feels that heavy-tasting food is delicious.

For her now, the only obstacle on the way to light food is the incomprehension of the older generations around her.

  The most difficult thing is to go back to my mother’s house. She cooks a large table of dishes every time. I really eat just a little bit, and some of it is because I have developed a (light) habit. There are some things that she cooks. I think it’s too oily and I don’t want to eat it.

But you tell her that she doesn't accept this matter very much, so I won't talk about it later, but anyway, go home once a week and be patient.

She said that although more and more people have understood the concept of light food, there are not many people who really implement it. She believes that she can stick to the light food life and hopes to lead people around to eat lightly.
