Recently, Zhang Xiaotao, a participant of the Baiyin Mountain Marathon in Gansu, shared his experience of being rescued in distress on Weibo.
He wrote that after he fell into a coma on the mountain, an uncle who was herding sheep passed by and carried him to the cave dwelling. Eventually he woke up and regained consciousness.
On May 24, a reporter from China News Agency visited the cave dwelling where Zhang Xiaotao was rescued and listened to Zhu Keming, the shepherd, telling about the thrilling experience before and after Zhang Xiaotao was rescued.
