15 new confirmed cases in 31 provinces, including 2 local cases in Anhui

According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 15 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on May 24, including imported cases from abroad. 13 cases (3 in Shanghai, 2 in Tianjin, 2 in Shanxi, 2 in Fujian, 1 in Jiangsu, 1 in Hunan, 1 in Sichuan, 1 in Shaanxi), 2 local cases (all in Anhui); no new deaths Cases; no new suspected cases.

　　On the same day, 21 new cases were cured and discharged, and 202 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.

　　There are currently 289 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 3 severe cases) and 2 suspected cases.

A total of 5,983 confirmed cases, a total of 5,694 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

　　As of 24:00 on May 24, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 319 confirmed cases (including 3 severe cases), a total of 86,051 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 4,636 deaths. A total of 91,006 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are 3 suspected cases.

A total of 1,020,846 close contacts have been traced, and 6,980 close contacts are still under medical observation.

　　31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 18 new cases of asymptomatic infections, including 16 imported from abroad and 2 locals (1 in Anhui and 1 in Guangdong); 2 cases were converted to confirmed cases on the same day ( 1 case imported from abroad); 15 cases were released from medical observation on the same day (all imported from abroad); 389 cases of asymptomatic infection were still under medical observation (363 cases imported from abroad).

　　A total of 16,801 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Among them, 11,833 cases were in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (11,556 discharged, and 210 died), 51 in the Macau Special Administrative Region (49 discharged), and 4,917 in Taiwan (1,133 discharged, 29 died).
