China News Service, May 24. According to the website of the Lu'an Municipal Health Commission of Anhui Province, the Lu'an City New Coronavirus Infection and Pneumonia Prevention and Control Emergency Comprehensive Command issued the "Regarding the strict implementation of closed management grid home medical observers. "Emergency Notice for Out-of-Home Management" (hereinafter referred to as "Notice") stated that all home medical observers in the closed management grid must be strictly managed without leaving the house.

The "Notice" stated that the purpose of closed community management is to detain those who may be infected, and it is an important way to prevent proliferation and early detection.

In order to minimize the risk of the spread of the epidemic, standardized management of closed communities must be strengthened.

To implement the requirements of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Eighth Edition)", all home medical observers in the closed management grid must be strictly managed without leaving their homes.

The "Notice" requires that the responsibilities of each management level should be further consolidated, and stricter, more effective, and in-depth measures should be taken to ensure that the requirements for staying at home are in place.

The main persons in charge of the three districts must earnestly shoulder this responsibility, and they must be held accountable if problems arise.

The Comprehensive Supervision Team of the Municipal Emergency Response Headquarters will strengthen supervision and inspection. If the control measures are not implemented in place, they must immediately name and report criticism; if the consequences are caused, they must be held accountable according to law.
