Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, May 23 (Reporter Guo Yujing) The Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development recently announced that the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has been established at the end of April in response to the leaks and water leakage of the modular indoor reclaimed water integrated system for shared property housing reported by some people. The investigation team carried out on-site investigations on 22 projects, and at the same time ordered timely maintenance of the delivered projects, and suspended the installation of the projects under installation and those not under construction.

Recently, some owners of shared-ownership housing projects that have just received housing delivery have discovered that there are water leaks and water seepages on the walls of the houses, and questioned the problems of the centralized indoor reclaimed water system installed in the houses.

According to a report from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development, according to the statistics of the development and construction unit, as of May 20, a total of 531 households had received repairs to the water system. At present, 513 households have completed repairs and the remaining 18 are in the process of repairs.

At present, the investigation team has interviewed the development and construction, design, construction, supervision units and indoor water system equipment manufacturers of Yongliangjiayuan, Tongzhou District Tonghejiayuan in Haidian District, where complaints from the people are more concentrated, and listened to the introduction of all parties. Collected relevant evidence materials.

I went to 6 project sites and communicated face-to-face with users, development and construction units, and construction units to learn more about project implementation, check construction drawings and process records, and fully analyze the causes of problems.
