The Intermediate People’s Court of Changsha City, Hunan Province issued a public sentence on the criminal and incidental civil lawsuit of the defendant Xianghui’s intentional homicide. The plaintiff in the lawsuit suffered an economic loss of 38781.5 yuan.

At around 7 am on January 12, Xiang Hui found Zhou Chunmei entering the garage from the elevator of the residential complex, and immediately threw her to the ground.
