Questions before going on a hike

Forget the clichés: Ile-de-France offers very diverse natural spaces. You can hike on 8,000 kilometers of marked trails, through woods, chalk cliffs, wheat fields or along the Seine. According to the National Forestry Office (ONF), 80 million visits by Ile-de-France residents are recorded each year in the state forests managed by the organization, including 11 million for the Fontainebleau massif alone, which offers 486 kilometers of marked trails.

In this episode, Clément Lhommeau offers several routes to discover around Paris, accessible by metro, RER and transilien.

The young man returns to several practical questions: What itineraries for hiking with children, or accessible to people with reduced mobility?

What are the routes that will make you sweat?

Where to go if you want to taste local products?

Where do we take wee breaks?

All the answers can be listened to in the podcast above.
