400 shrimp farmers, dressed in plain clothes and hats, started fishing for crayfish.

Crawfish are caught here, and the top chefs cook crayfish on the spot, showcasing the N ways to open lobsters. In addition to the classic thirteen-flavored lobster and garlic lobster, there are also lotus-flavored steamed, kimchi, and pickled vegetables.

Many diners came here admiringly, queuing up to taste the cooked lobster for free.

  Since the first lobster festival was held in 2000, in the past 21 years, Xuyi has created two famous nationally-known gold signs, "Xuyi Lobster" and "Lobster Festival". Today, the brand value of Xuyi Lobster has reached 21.551 billion yuan, and it has been awarded as a National Geographical Indication for 6 years. The first place in the aquatic product category of the regional brand, Xuyi has also embarked on a characteristic development road of "one shrimp first, all industries advancing side by side".
