The theaters closed to the public for nearly a year will gradually reopen from May 19.

Despite this white year, initiatives have emerged here and there so that the troops and the actors can continue to work.

At the Théâtre de l'Atelier in the Montmartre district, the stage has become a filming location for television.

Three films have been made by Jacques Weber around key pieces from the theatrical repertoire.

The first entitled “

Atelier Vania

” around Tchekov's play is broadcast on France 5 on Friday. Cyrano and the Misanthrope will follow.
