On Monday, May 17, the Bouygues group declared that it had made an offer to acquire 30% of the shares of M6, of which the German shareholder Bertelsmann had announced its sale in February 2021. The first two French private channels, TF1 and M6, historically competing could so make only one.

the Competition Authority and the CSA must be entered before any signature.
